LAY BACK AND TAKE IT EASY

Mettäbaari is a living expression of Finnish soul, where nature, skiing, pancakes, karaoke, campfires and dancing meet in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Its 4.9 Google rating reflects the love both visitors and locals feel for its distinctive vibe, which keeps our guests coming back for more.

Come as you are!

Just step in just straight from the ski trail — and feel like you’ve travelled back to the 1970s and 1980s, when President Kekkonen came here to ski and relax. Grill some makkara at the fire place - and get some hot or cold drinks from the bar!

Karaoke, Events and Parties

It does not matter whether you can sing or dance - in Mettäbaari everyone is a star! Keep your eye on for our events - we organise twice a year Monotanssit dancing festival, concerts and some of the wildest parties at our nostalgic Horse Table!
